Digital delivery

Everything in the INSPDRO shop is a digital product. No physical item will be shipped.

Receiving your purchase

Payments are supported through PayPal and Stripe. The available payment methods and final amount are shown at checkout.

An online app may instead provide account access, as described on its product page. Any product-specific delivery arrangements are shown before purchase.

For downloadable products, your download contains the files listed on the product page. Preview mockups, photographs, fonts, software and demonstration artwork are included only when they are named in the included-files list.

For downloadable products, save a backup within the download access period. An asset license and access to a download link are different: keep your purchase record so we can identify your order if you need help later.

If something is missing

If the expected delivery time has passed, or a link does not work, contact suzo497748512@qq.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. If delivery uses email, check your spam folder too. Please contact us before buying the same product again.

We aim to reply within 24 hours, excluding Hong Kong public holidays. We will check the order and help restore the delivery you purchased or arrange the remedy described in our Refund Policy.
