Which products does this cover?

Purchases of INSPDRO creative assets include permission for personal and commercial use. This covers brushes, PNG images, Adobe Illustrator files and other design assets. Our original creative products are made for use in your own work, client projects and commercial printing. Apps also have their own software terms for access, devices and usage allowances.

The license and any product-specific conditions shown when you purchase form part of your order. Keep a copy with your purchase record.

Your purchase and your files

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive license to use the assets for your personal and business projects. You may keep backups and work with the files on your devices. It does not transfer ownership of the original assets or give you exclusive rights to them.

What you can create

You may use purchased assets for personal projects and commercial work for your own brand or your clients, including illustrations, websites, social posts, advertising, posters, stickers, packaging and other printed products. You may sell physical products printed with the assets, including through print-on-demand services.

You may use the assets as supplied or resize, recolor and combine them with your work. Additional original design or a substantial transformation is not required for printing and selling physical products. Brush marks incorporated into your artwork are also covered; the brush files themselves may not be redistributed.

You may display finished designs online and deliver completed designs to clients for their intended use. Deliver the finished work without separately accessible or readily reusable copies of the underlying INSPDRO assets. Do not include the asset pack, individual source files or editable layers that give an unlicensed recipient reusable access to the assets. If a client needs the underlying assets for editing or reuse, they must purchase their own license; your purchase does not grant permission to share those files with them.

No digital resale or free distribution

You may not resell, redistribute, share, give away, sublicense or make the purchased assets available to others as digital resources, whether for payment or free of charge. This applies to individual files and bundles, through shops, marketplaces, websites, social platforms, group chats, shared drives, cloud folders and other delivery methods.

Do not offer the assets as another digital product, including a PNG or Illustrator pack, digital sticker pack, brush collection, stock library, free download, giveaway or bonus file. Do not include the assets in templates or editable products from which others can extract and reuse them as resources.

Renaming, recoloring, resizing, converting formats, lightly editing, combining or repackaging the assets does not give you permission to resell or distribute them as digital resources. Free sharing is prohibited just as paid resale is.

These restrictions concern the assets and their distribution as reusable digital materials. They do not prevent permitted use in finished designs, websites, advertising or physical products, including commercial printing and print-on-demand.
