For downloadable products, download the complete purchase using the delivery instructions. If it comes as a ZIP archive, extract it first. Read the included guide, check the file list and keep a backup of the original download. Online apps follow the access instructions on their product pages.
Brushes
Use the application and version listed on the product page. Import the actual brush or brush-set file through that application’s supported import method. A PNG preview or ZIP archive is not the brush file. Follow the product’s guide for any specific settings.
PNG images
Import or place the original PNG in your design application. Use a contrasting background to check transparency. Avoid saving a screenshot or converting the file to JPEG if you need to keep its transparent areas. PNG dimensions determine the detail available at larger sizes.
Adobe Illustrator files
Open the .ai file in the compatible version listed on the product page. Check its layers and included instructions before editing. If the application reports missing fonts or links, compare the warning with the listed requirements; contact us if an included file is missing.
Apps
Follow the app's instructions to access it online, install it or activate it, as applicable. Confirm your operating system, browser and device meet the listed requirements. Keep license keys and activation details private. If setup or access fails, contact us with the exact error and your system or browser version.
