INSPDRO Software License

Your right to use the app

INSPDRO grants you a non-exclusive license to install or access and use the app within the user seats, devices, usage allowances and license period specified for your purchase. A purchase is not automatically a lifetime license or permission for unlimited users or devices. Only restrictions disclosed before purchase, or required by applicable law, apply to your order.

You may use the app for personal and commercial work within the functions described on its product page. A personal account is for one individual only; the word "personal" describes who may use the account, not a ban on permitted commercial work. Keep your login and activation details private. Personal accounts and team plans

Each personal account may be used only by its individual account holder. Do not share, lend, rent, resell or pool an account, login credentials or activation access. Multiple people may not use one account, whether at the same time or by taking turns.

If more than one person needs to use an app, purchase a team plan. Team access is limited to the users or seats covered by that plan, with individually assigned access for each authorized member. A team plan does not permit multiple people to share a single user's login.

Ownership and permitted use

Buying an app gives you permission to use it; it does not transfer ownership of its software, source code, branding or underlying intellectual property. You may not redistribute the app, sell access to your account or license key, bypass disclosed access controls, or interfere with the service or other users. These restrictions do not remove rights that applicable law allows you to exercise despite a contractual restriction.

Purchased INSPDRO creative assets include commercial-use permission under our asset license, including printing and selling physical products. The software license does not limit that permission. It also does not extend the rights you hold in third-party brushes, images, fonts or other materials used with the app. Check the relevant license before distributing those materials.

The software license does not permit reselling, redistributing or freely sharing purchased INSPDRO assets as digital resources. Using an app to recolor, resize, convert or lightly modify an asset does not create such permission. Do not offer the files as another digital asset product or free download. Follow the Asset License when delivering completed client projects.

Your files and results

You retain the rights you already hold in files, text and other content you provide. Using the app does not transfer those rights to INSPDRO. You are responsible for having permission to supply that content and use it for your intended purpose.

Where the app must process your content to provide a requested function, you permit only the processing needed to deliver that function, subject to the app’s disclosed operation and privacy information. Whether processing happens on your device or remotely, and whether files are sent to another provider, is described in the app-specific information. Review that information before uploading or processing content.

INSPDRO permits personal and commercial use of results produced with the app. That permission does not transfer or expand rights in your input materials or third-party components. We do not promise that every result is exclusive, eligible for copyright protection or free of third-party rights.

Payments, updates and cancellation

The product page and checkout specify whether the app is a one-time purchase or a subscription, the total charge and currency, any recurring billing period, usage limits, included updates and support, and the duration of access. A subscription’s renewal and cancellation conditions must be available before you subscribe.

You can cancel renewal using the method supplied with your subscription. The disclosed terms determine when access ends and whether unused allowances carry over. Cancellation of future renewal is separate from requesting a refund or exercising a statutory withdrawal right. See our Refund Policy or contact suzo497748512@qq.com.

We will honor the features, access period and update commitments included in your purchase. Changes to future offers do not retrospectively reduce those commitments. We will explain material changes affecting your existing purchase and provide any notice, options or remedies required by its terms and applicable law.

Access problems and suspension

Unusual IP addresses or login patterns may trigger system security checks or temporary account restrictions to help protect accounts and enforce the single-user rule. Suspected shared access may also be reviewed. A restriction does not, by itself, establish that an account holder has violated these terms.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material license breach, a security incident or a legal requirement. Where practicable, we will explain the reason, scope and steps needed to restore access. A restriction should last only as long as needed for its purpose.

Contact suzo497748512@qq.com if you believe a restriction is mistaken. We will review the issue and restore access when the reason no longer applies. If we cannot supply what you purchased, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required. A suspension does not cancel your mandatory consumer rights.

For team plans, account access, login restrictions, activation, compatibility or license questions, contact suzo497748512@qq.com with your order number and app name. Do not send passwords or full license keys. Customer support can explain the relevant plan and assist with an account review.

Nothing in this license excludes mandatory rights concerning faulty software, undelivered services, withdrawal, cancellation or other remedies under applicable law. The product-specific terms and this license must be read subject to those rights.
